Michael McKay Combs is a Veteran Singer songwriter who has played with many big names in the country and rock industry! Joining his first band at the age of 15, Combs took to the stage like an immediate pro! He fronted many rock bands early in his career and landed a development deal with a major label in 2003. After the band fell apart Combs moved to Nashville after graduating college and begin paying dues in the country world. While in Nashville Combs accomplished many things and landed a small publishing deal. Making many TV appearances and recording with some big name producers, Combs was well on his way to making a big name for himself. However, Combs mother would fall ill and after his last deal fell through, he returned back to KY. After a couple years out of the spot light, Combs begin writing again and is making a big comeback. The future is now looking up again for Combs and he doesnt plan on stopping any time soon.

EXAUDI’s special affinity is for the radical edges of contemporary music, at home equally with maximal complexity, microtonality and experimental aesthetics. EXAUDI celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2012 with major UK and international tours and new commissions from Matthew Shlomowitz, Joanna Bailie, Bryn Harrison and Aaron Cassidy, amongst others.
