Originally from Chicago, where I developed a strong appreciation for the blues and classical, and moved to New York, where jazz and the fine arts are so deep.  Key musical influences include Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Jimi Hendrix, Joe Zawinul and Weather Report, Chick Corea and Return to Forever, John McLaughlin and the Mahivishnu Orchestra, Stanley Clarke, Scott Henderson and Tribal Tech, Jeff Beck and Jan Hammer, Mike Stern, John Scofield, Pat Metheny, Emily Remler, McCoy Tyner, Bill Evans, John Coltrane, Jimmy Smith, Joey DeFrancesco, Larry Young, Buddy Guy, Santana and Earth Wind & Fire.   Former classical clarinet and piano player.  Unless noted, my music on SoundCloud was composed, recorded and performed using only keyboards.  An avid photographer.  Many covers here are my shots. This is a wild mixture of many different styles, ideas and inspirations as the days bring them. It started all as a kind of musical diary and it still is - just that I would like each entry to be able to stand for itself, while in the beginning it was just my inner need for improvisation as an outlet for my feelings.

Who am I? Well, I am trying to find out - after a long time (almost 20 years) without my own music but having musicians around nearly every day and yet myself sticking to "zeros" and "ones" most of the time. 
Once music was my dream, comfort - even my studied profession. But then it fell asleep between "true" and "false" and the support for loved ones... I don't regret - I just have so much to discover.

Keeping on fiddling while Rome is burning. Some of my therapists say that music is sublimation which is a good thing.
