The next podcast is a special one for me!  And here’s why:

- Dj Rino has a natural instinctive talent towards the craftsmanship of deejaying. 
- This 27 year old Brusseleir has a deep essential love for underground (dance) music and club culture. 
- He also has a soft spot for tunes with a psychedelic, stretched-out groove.
- I truly believe in him as an artist and friend.

This summer Dj Rino was booked at the psytrance and rave festival called Space Safari deep down in the south of Belgium to play a 3h after hour dj set at the Zodiak stage on Sunday morning.

I knew it was an important summer gig for him and he had been busy with his selection and set order for months so I traveled with him, set up my tent, went to sleep & woke up at 7am to hit the misty gray morning muddy dance floor and was blown away instantly. He kept the vibes deep and layered, super balanced and controlled, sharp mixing and a big big smile on his face. The morning sun came to say hello during the last hour and we all shined on. 

Thanks to Dj Rino for your amazing performance, your carefully selected music and full dedication that shapes the Belgian scene at this very moment. Shout out to Space Safari and Tweede Asem for the recording of this delicious psychedelic breakfast. Let’s travel among the stars together with Dj Rino.

We are happy to share the full closing set from Bonanza 2024 in all its glory, recorded on the Sunday night into Monday morning, from none other than Jane Fitz.

The closing is always a special time, especially for a non-stop, intimate event like Bonanza. When we managed to convince Jane to come to our little jungle riverside rave-up, we knew it was the slot for her. You can feel the emotion and energy on display over these 4 glorious hours; dive in and bask in the sun-kissed squelch.

I had such a great time playing the closing at Globus/Tresor last Saturday. 
You got to love this club, they are professional on every level and it’s pure joy to play on such a good sound system and among such a passionate crowd, surrounded by friends.
This mix leans more towards techno and It was delightful to play so many of my old records :)
The recording is a bit rough, distorted, but it definitely fits the mood - raw and rumbling.
Hope it radiates all the fun I had! Enjoy 🖤
