The roots of Reggae and Dub:
The roots of Reggae and Dub music are primarily in Jamaica. Reggae evolved in the 1960s from Ska and Rocksteady, which were already popular in Jamaica in the 1950s. Artists like Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, and Jimmy Cliff played a significant role in popularizing and spreading Reggae.
Dub music is a subgenre of Reggae that emerged in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Dub is characterized by its experimental soundscapes and the use of studio effects such as echo, reverb, and phasing. Producers like King Tubby, Lee "Scratch" Perry, and Scientist were pioneers of Dub and have had a decisive influence on this music genre.
Both music styles have deep roots in Jamaican culture and are closely connected to social, political, and religious themes. However, they have also incorporated international influences and have become global music phenomena.

Claudio Malz is an up-and-coming DJ and music producer 
Claudio’s journey into the world of electronic music began in his early years. Born and raised in Argentina, Claudio was exposed to music from a young age. With a natural ear for rhythm and melody, he gravitated towards electronic music during his teenage years, particularly the sounds of house and techno that were shaping the global dance music scene.

Inspired by the groove-driven sounds of tech house and deep house, Claudio began experimenting with production software, learning the intricacies of music production and sound design. His passion for dance music and the energy of the club scene led him to develop a sound that would eventually become synonymous with his name: deep, infectious grooves, and punchy basslines paired with catchy vocal chops and dark, minimalistic elements.

"Child of Nature" is a sound & video collaboration to awaken your inner child.

We are a musical duo that creates chamanistic earthiness with electronic music in the colors of the present and fuses it with new elements.
