Music has always been a real passion. Early Electro and Acid House lead me into the realms of the Rave Scene from 1988 - 1993 and the world of Pirate Radio Stations. From there I developed a love for anything Electronic: Deep House, Progressive House, Techno, Organic House, Melodic and Ambient.
 
As Eddie Amador said "Not everyone understands House music...it's spiritual thing, a body thing, a soul thing".

Started with harder electronic music, I am exploring now all different kind of techno genres. Most inspiring for me has been music which is bending the genre borders. I am in a constant progress of finding and producing new music and love to explore new sounds way beyond the commercial electronic music. Skanktronic has been an active participant in the Dutch House Scene since the early 90’s and can therefore be seen as a veteran. In the early years he mainly contributed to the graphic aspects of House with bold designs for flyers and album covers for a wide variety of record companies and raves. In 1996 he joined a renowned professional audio supplier in the Netherlands. At that time to be considered the only supplier with the right knowledge in midi and recording equipment that was needed in the scene. From this moment on this started to get intense.
