All sounds from init except the vocal pad is a tweaked factory patch. 

What does the title/pic mean? 
I have had many dreams throughout my life about finding hidden doors that lead to magical places. The picture is of a abandoned stairway in a house I lived in for a few years in college. Leads to the backside of a refrigerator. I had dreams about that house, that there were secret floors burrowed back into the hillside, etc. And at one point years later I couldn't remember if this abandoned stairway really was there or I just dreamed it.

Anyway making this triggered another of that type of dream.

The Whelming

All sounds produced with the Mac version of 20 or so instances of 
Audjoo Helix synth. 

V2, added a bit more melodic structure and dynamics. Fine-tuned the mix a bit.

Only effects used were built-in Ableton live plugins as follows: 
EQ8, Saturation, Dynamic Tube, Reverb, Ping-Pong Delay, Compressor, Utility. 

In addition, TAL Tube and Yohng's W1 limiter were used on the master bus as seen in the image.

BPM: 108
About 30 Helixes were used.

Entry for the March KVR One Synth Challenge contest. All sounds made with many tracks of Schwa's Olga synthesizer using Ableton Live. Effects used: Ableton EQ, Tube, Saturation; Voxengo Tube Amp, Overtone GEQ; Molot, W1

Motes and Beams (OSC38 Olga)

All sounds in this track were created using over 30 instances of Arturia Mini V virtual synthesizer. Programmed and mixed in Ableton Live 8. 

Additional processing with Ableton Live's built in EQ, Saturation, Compressor, Reverb, Ping Pong Delay, Fxpansion's Free Compressor, Limiter 6, and Voxengo's free parametric EQ.

First entry for OSC contest for Dune. Something quite a bit different. Wanted to see how realistic I could get Dune to sound.
