Insolvn Sea is a musician and disc jockey based in Barcelona. He records effected instruments and then mixes them in curious ways. The instruments are mostly electronic, and the sounds are generally synthesised. The recordings are usually quite drum-focused, mainly for dancing and other frivolities, but often additionally for traversing through imagined space-time-related experiences whilst wearing headphones. He also enjoys smashing a drum kit accompanied with highly-amplified guitars. His first LP was released in 2020 under his Etkats moniker.
