As with his previous releases, Wisdom was written, produced and recorded by Scott Woodruff, a self-taught musician, at Stick Figure-owned Great Stone Studios in Oakland, CA, former home of Green Day.
 
Wisdom is Stick Figure’s seventh album and follows the unprecedented success of 2019’s World on Fire, which peaked at number 34 on the Billboard Top 200, #6 overall Top albums, #1 Independent, and #1 Reggae album. World on Fire has sold over 300,000 copies including streaming equivalents, according to Nielsen soundscan data. Stick Figure’s catalog has now sold well over one million copies and been streamed over three billion times. 

Wisdom is a journey and a search for what matters in life–a search for meaning, purpose, place and belonging. Wisdom is a code to live by where we can accept that it is ok to start over, to make mistakes, to love, and to feel pain. It is a reminder to focus on the little things that bring joy and know that all of it is a part of our individual story. It also shows us that we should have some fun doing it all! With heavy influence from Bob Marley, Steel Pulse, and Midnite, Tribal Seeds brings a refreshing rock vibe to the roots style, reggae music. Spiritually driven and musically talented, Tribal Seeds have created an art form for rebel music enthusiasts! They bring an authentic sound that reaches a broad demographic and an energy that gets crowds moving to their infectious rhythms. Two brothers both raised playing instruments since early childhood in San Diego, head the group. The lead singer Steven writes the lyrics for the group. His brother Tony-Ray along with the band produces all their music. They have toured throughout the U.S. as well as Mexico, Guam, Aruba &amp; Hawaii, and have shared the stage with such artists as, Matisyahu, The Wailers, Stephen Marley, Gregory Issacs, SOJA, Rebelution, and many more.

Soulful reggae jam rocker Jay D Clark has been touring mostly the east coast of the USA since 2010. He's been backed by many different established bands like Sun-Dried Vibes, TreeHouse!, Three Legged Fox and dozens more as well as professional musicians like Chuck Treece (McRad, Bad Brains, G Love, Billy Joel...), Dai Miyazki (Ludacris, Lauryn Hill, Tye Tribbett...), Rah Sungee (Lauryn Hill, Kindred...), Jason Fraticelli (Matisyahu) and many more. He has opened for acts like Dirty Heads, Rebelution, Sublime with Rome, Collie Buddz, Matisyahu, SOJA, The Wailers and more.

Philadelphia area native Jay D Clark spent years working in the film, video, tv, photography, and art community as a writer, producer, director, and creative being. This lead to him creating the soundtrack to a film he wrote, produced and directed, including five original songs. 

A later film project connected Jay D to Philadelphia based professional skateboarder and musician Chuck Treece. His impressive skateboarding resume includes many sponsorships beginning with Stacey Peralta and the cover of Thrasher Magazine (first African American on cover - which led to a Nike Sneaker release in 2013). Treece has had his own skate rock band McRad and also worked with bands, artists and producers like Billy Joel, Dr Dre, Pearl Jam, Slightly Stoopid, G Love, Bad Brains, The Movement, Michael Franti, Mike Pinto and many more. Jay D Clark and Treece still currently work together playing live and producing new music together.
