“when i die, would u cry?” not only marks the introduction to a new upcoming collab EP featuring Jaydd MC & JustanotherGhost but it also marks the beginning to a friendship born from the love of music. Meeting in a subreddit post back in March, both artists found a common bond in having one of emo rap’s foremost pioneers, Lil Peep, as their main favorite artist which made them connect almost instantly. While working on the other songs from the tape, the two decided to create this song as a tribute to the goat himself. This is a letter of gratitude to the work and impact that Lil Peep generated in such a short time towards the new generations. We are eternally grateful.
