Scottish based DJ since the early 90's that accumulated thousands of records from Rave, Techno, early Trance, Deep House to Progressive & Organic House.

Resident of Progression (Edinburgh/Scotland), I have had the pleasure of playing alongside a number of world leading DJ's including : Hernan Cattaneo, Sebastian Leger, Deep Dish, Pete Tong, Sander Kleinenberg, Layo and Bushwacka, Steve Lawler, Danny Howells, Dave Seaman, Omid 16B, Circulation, Tom Middleton, Jon Carter, Medicine 8, Wally Lopez, Greg Vickers, James Zabiela, Desyn Masiello, Nic Fanciulli, Lee-Cabrera, Anthony Pappa, Yousef, Kerri Chandler, Ashley Beedle & many more. I have also had the pleasure of DJ'ing alongside Shovell from M People, part of a Bicardi B-Bar showcase.

B.S.E is one of London's favourite Underground heroes. As co-founder of Zoology he helped craft one of the most famous small parties of its era and with his latest promotion, Sonance, shows no signs of letting up!

With a couple of very productive years in the studio behind him and with several releases in the last year B.S.E has shown that he is as relentless in the studio as his tracks are on the dancefloor. Whether it’s his productions or his live gigs his heavy techno sound and big drops combined with driving bass lines and dirty acid, the B.S.E sound is one for the techno purists.

Couple that with boundless energy behind the decks if you've yet to see him in action it is time to change that. Bring on the madness, bring on B.S.E!

Originally from Scotlands coastal East Lothian but now based in Edinburgh . Very broad musical tastes influenced over the years, my parents loved a party, their music definitely influenced me.

I was into early gangsta rap in 90s, then Leftfield,Daft punk etc , whilst working in a kitchen as a teenager in a Saturday, i listened to Pete Tong before finishing work and heading home for the essential mix later! 

Became hooked on clubbing during the early days of prog , 2000 onwards it was every weekend nearly.My love of clubbing and music has never stopped from those days.


Picked up Belt drive turntables before moving to 1210s in 06 and added Pioneers, I still use vinyl but mainly digital nowadays.


Over the years I have played in clubs in Edinburgh at nights such as Beatroot, Karnival. 

Aswell as Edinburgh I have also played at Kinfolk in Williamsburg ,Brooklyn NYC, Cariocas Beach Bar in Greece and also in the glamorous Cote d'Azur areas of St Raphael/Frejus. 

I hit a buffer in 2018 due to family circumstances and it wasn't until 2020 I got back into DJing again. 

I did 2 vinyl live streams during lockdown and afterwards I was Invited to do guest mixes for Online group PFG , I was then asked by Steven Mccreery and Kev Wright to do mixes for Beat 106. In July 2022 I was asked by Belgium/France based station, Xbeat radio to do a mix. I have since done a further 6 mixes for them .

The Pinnacle for me has been playing at the mighty Skyline parties in Glasgow, I was first asked to play at their 2nd Birthday Sudbeat Showcase in May 2024 alongside Graziano Raffa, Marcelo Vasami, Nicolas Rada, GMJ and Matter .

Incredibly I was asked to play again at the Selador records party in September 2024. Dave Seaman and  Steve Parry, alongside Kasey Taylor,Tara Brooks.

I like to try and use music from many different genres and artists. Anything goes ! 

From Ambient sounds to Hip Hop,Jazz,Disco and on to good ol House music with anything else in-between! 

I continue to record guest mixes for stations around Europe and hopefully beyond in the future ,

Just a few people in the World has played alongside legends like Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J, Derrick May, Alex Niggemann, Anthony Parasole, Dave The Drummer, John 00 Flemming, Cid Inc., Infected Mushroom and GUI MILANI did it.

With a unique feeling to adapt the music with the situation and over 27 years of career (since 1998), this guy is a reference into the Brazilian and World's e-music scene. 

He was the creator of the largest public electronic party stage that Brazil has ever had (Virada Cultural), which at its peak had a historic 80,000 people on the dance floor and has played at the biggest clubs and festivals in the world, including ADE - Amsterdam Dance Event - in October 2016.

Encyclopedia was founded in 2021. Since its creation, the artistic direction has been driven by the design and creation of visual and musical supports. Encyclopedia's activity is mainly focused on the promotion and distribution of DJ artists in the world of progressive house Organic House & Progressive. In three years, more than 250 artists have emerged, totaling more than 600 mixes around the world (England, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Israel, Turkey, etc.) and great artists of Progressive House and Progressive.

Encyclopedia also deploys a wide range of artistic interventions, which aim to share the different facets and singularities of our concept. Initially, the ARAWAK project is part of this dynamic and made it possible to set up the first electronic digital festival, in collaboration with Bianco Vargas dj living in Brazil, with whom we had been working since the first season. ARAWAK is a very innovative concept, and counts among its DJs: Bianco Vargas, Marttinez, ZANELL, Carmee, Kaito Aman, Fabiano Feijô, Glamour's Joint, Luciano Scheffer, Marcelo Strega, Carlos Tk, Patrick Medina, Bohnen, Lenharo, Sebastian Portman & Rgn.
In the following seasons were guests (Korb, Grife, Isadora, Leozinho, Long Brothers, Caio Endi, Leila Scheiwe, Halaros, Tonaco, Murilo Damasio, Carla Cimino, Kotsi & Anhert, SARAH CHILANTI). Encyclopedia does everything possible to ensure that ARAWAK has incredible visuals and great promotion broadcast on all streaming platforms such as Spotify, Soundcloud, Mixcloud, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Youtube.

Encyclopedia as a broadcaster has put together other playlists like Voyager, Mesopotamia, Destination and Monophony that you can discover on streaming platforms. After 3 years of development in Montpellier in France, Encyclopedia is in full evolution and created with Aglaia Rave a solid and professional collaboration on the creation & cooperation of the Encyclopedia Edition radio.

Aglaia Rave & Leo Baroso have been working closely on the EDITION podcast for more than 2 years.
