Sunrise Over The Ocean At Yzterfontein was recorded using only the piano. The piece was inspired by personal life experiences on the West Coast of South Africa. Yzterfontein is now developed but back in the 1980's it was very different. Very few people, beautifully quiet and serene life along the coast with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. MECANICALIBRE is a 12-piece "cyberpunk-latino” instrumental story that almost wordlessly seeks to describe the horrors of a possible thermonuclear war and its devastating consequences for both humanity and nature. Divided into 3 parts: the war context, the explosion and the mutation of life from chaos, MECANICALIBRE explores sounds that are born from the organic textures of a jazz band merging into noise, ambient and electronics over abstract and intricate rhythms inspired by Latin-American percussion.

Rage Machine is a concept album, and thematically it is based around the emotions I have felt due to abuse I have received from people online as well as former IRL friends targeted at my experiments with AI.

Especially the depression and sometimes suicidal thoughts that has provoked at times.
