This is a bit of a spiritual sequel to me and Stephen's last track "Got A Light?" since it continues in a similar direction mood-wise. Once again I'm adding a little guitar into the mix. My parts are the very simple straightforward guitar picking and Stephen is doing all the complex shredding haha. I also produced the beat and electronic elements.

I decided to take another stab at this song for Halloween.
New instruments and added a strumming guitar track.    Completely new vocals and updated chorus.

In my teens I read all of Carlos Castaneda's books. Carlos penned his philosophies in what is likely a fictitious story of fictitious characters where he teaches shamanism. Whether or not Don Juan was a real person and nagual to Carlos doesn't matter to me, he still shared some amazing truths on existence through his experience and imagination.

When reading the books I listened to one album. Good Gods Urge by Porno for Pyros. It's a very interesting nugget on association and musical memory for me as that album still to this day brings me back to the world of Don Juan whenever I listen to it.

It might not bring you to the land of Don Juan and his buddies but it's an epic album anyways!

In  A Haze

Based on collaborative song writing in the early 80s and a few studio projects over the years. We are reunited to create new projects after taken a longer break.

Update:
In the summer of 2022, my dear old friend Mick and longtime musical companion died of cancer.

I have agreed with him that I will continue to run our site in his spirit. Our amazing, unique music will live on forever.
