A second entry for this week's Disquiet Junto, this one using Fake Genius's lovely Neapolitan sketch "Quietude" as the seed. I added guitar (roughly) thinking about the kind of thing Johnny Marr does on Pet Shop Boys tracks. Very curious to see if anyone picks this up to complete ... not really that many pop songs around the Junto? Fake Genius's description: "some street sounds and kids playing soccer (and calling each other names). On top there is a simple DX7 pad with a progression in Gm, with a sparse beat (no kick, no snare) at a 130 BPM."

Ah suhhhhhhhh, dudes. It's been a while. Again. 2025 really is the year of life just, well, life-ing for me. Got some fun stuff though and the studio's gonna be in shape soon. So in the meantime I thought I'd chisel out some time to get a quick mix down of this one!

I'd originally been saving it for a stream but I just haven't had the time to do one lately but I've got a pile of stuff to finish still for that. Like I say, it's bit of a rough and ready and the guitars needs some polish but still, hey again. xx
