Calm Whale: handpan; Poly Valent: slide zither.  Meeting with an old friend for some spontaneous musical interactions, this seemed to be a very novel combination of styles and approaches. Contrast the resonant and harmonious modal with the atonal glissandi and fractured arpeggios. Struck the perfect balance between the in and the out.

The dB level of the motor-boat was so remarkably different that I had to scale it down -- also the riverine "tsunami" had to be volume reduced to not blow ear-caps. The rest is a graphic eq scrolling of the details after several listenings. I hear what is refered to in the literature as photosythetic bubbling, bottom feeder munching traversals, fish wiggles, croaks, various amphibious farts and insect stridulations -- it's all still quite mysterious since the sound is literally ob-scene -- off-stage -- animist foley or life amongst the common critters denizens of the Warta river arena
