This month's Late Horizon marks the end of the festival season, for me here in the Netherlands at least. With Draaimolen still fresh on my mind (best fest in NL in my humble opinion) I recorded this set, starting quite chill at 140 and gradually building up within that tempo (what a spectrum, love it!). Eventually building a bridge to higher tempos, finishing around 180 (or 90). Special mention to the Behuá Icára and unknown - untitled V.A. compilations, played three tracks from each. Also some unreleased bits inside. Cuídate! X

LANAV and Jehia’s connection behind the decks makes it impossible to distinguish whose hand pulled that fader up, whose played that last song on the fourth deck, or which one is at the verge of a backspin. They are pulled together by a shared penchant for dark waters, splashed by bass, broken beats and a wide array of sonic layers that move amongst ambient, drone and noise.
