3rd mix. A new "dark" song that I wrote over the course of this past week or so. I used my Schecter Hellraiser for most all the guitar parts. There are a few tracks using my Dean Exile as well. Both guitars have EMG's in them & I'm becoming a big fan of those pick-ups! Anyway, being in 6/8 time signature it was hard to find good drums for it, but these drums are ok I think, they just lack more fills & some diversity throughout the song, but I made do. This is my 3rd Mix Test before I add the vocals.

TRAUMA 3rd Mix (2024)

I have played guitar since the age of 14 (around 1990 give or take) & I still play to this day... only now instead of playing live or seeking to be in a band, I record my own music at home! I use Audacity software (free!) & basically use a mic to record my guitars, bass & vocals through my various guitar amps. Drums I "program" by downloading tracks from youtube & chopping them up to suit my needs. I write my own music as well as record covers. I'm not a singer & all of my vocals are achieved by doing multiple vocal tracks to create a harmony that is otherwise lacking. Sometimes the results are ok, sometimes it sucks. Either way, making music & taking care of my cats are the 2 main reasons I am on this Earth. I hope you enjoy some of my stuff!

Andreas was born here in June on the beautiful planet Earth in a magnificent solar system. He is very grateful for this, and since then he has enjoyed all kinds of lively music, which plays an important role in his life. Been playing guitar for 30 years now (as of 2019)! This station is simply me playing guitars, bass, my little drum machine and sometimes vocals too all recorded & mixed through Audacity free software. I used to be in a band called Means to an End from the Akron/Kent area in late 90's thru early 2000's and anything I've re-recorded from that time is marked MTAE. Mostly original music here although I do indulge in the occasional cover tune.
