I wish I could find some lost time, or time I didn't pay attention to.  We don't realize how important time is until we can sense the end of it approaching.  This is a beautiful improv

Sometimes with humans, when things get tough you might feel like nothing will get you out of the darkness. A little reminder here (including to myself) to keep the light inside of you shining as you have a place in this world. No one can ever undermine that. 

In this collaboration we exchanged ideas back and forth and I absolutely loved the backing track Morten sent me! So I came up with some lyrics and sang them pretty spontaneously.
