I got the call up from the legend @staywise-1 to close out the front room at Revolver Upstairs for her recent event 'Shadows'. Playing 6am-7am coming in from Techno and playing fast and hard into the last half of my set where i was able to play some epic closing tracks i've wanted to for a very long time. Thanks to the Dancing punters who were there till they turned the lights on! and Thanks so much Steph and @revolverupstairs for the opportunity to play a beautiful and memorable closing set in such an amazing club. JEFFERS takes listeners on a unique ride with seductive yet eerie, driving and grooving sounds. He delves into multiple genres, crafting versatile sets from Dark Disco, Tribal/Organic House, Melodic, Minimal and Psychedelic Techno. His sets are unpredictable keeping the dancefloor on their toes!

His now been playing major festivals around Australia including Elements, Esoteric, New Dawn and Wild Horses Festival. Showing his versatility as a Dj closing out the Elemental stage at Elements festival with organic/psychedelic mid tempo set while also playing a peak time psychedelic techno set warming up for Electrypnose at Wild Horses Festival, showing his bpm range for has no boundaries. 

With a bunch of his own productions in the works, and some more milestone gigs on the horizon, including some interstate and international gigs. Excited to see what’s next for JEFFERS

Born in the mind and soul of Christopher Larsen (Diffraction), an artist who has been delivering unforgettable experiences in the realm of progressive psytrance since 2014, AEONIAN represents the birth of something new. 

The word means “continuing forever or indefinitely; ‘the ageless themes of love and revenge’; ‘eternal truths’; ‘life everlasting’; ‘hell's perpetual fires’; ‘the unending bliss of heaven.’ As AEONIAN, Christopher delves into the realm of production, creating his own sound, a powerful blend of melodic techno, progressive house and deep trance that blurs the lines between genres and stays true to his essence—deep, psychedelic, gripping, and ethereal. The combination of sounds in these original tracks represent an exploration of different aspects of his psyche, emotions, and creativity. Drawing upon his years of experience and musical knowledge, this project ventures into new territory and displays the versatility of AEONIAN. Each song is unique, and has the power to lift you into space and pull you deep into your own body...

A Melbourne based DJ/producer. In the beginning of his career, he started playing peak time techno, however after an inspiring trip overseas and experienced the underground music culture, he has developed into the hypnotic/raw rave style of techno.


Having been a part of the music scene since a young age this has allowed a diverse and deep but also ever evolving understanding of the progression of sounds creating the perfect environment to cultivate his relationship to music. 

By throwing himself into the deep end and pursuing an ever growing passion for music his goal is to encompass the sounds and vibrations which have built his strong connection to Techno, carrying the room through a journey of rolling ,driving bass lines and industrial sounds
 

He has had the pleasure to play many gigs at Progression Sessions, Renegade, Dark Freqs, My Aeon, Paradigm and Revolver(A life time goal)

-From when i started attending clubs, events and festivals, i look back and notice that the music scene has taught me who i really am. It has developed and grown my personality, shown me how to connect and share with others and spark my creativity.
My long term goal is to give the same experience to someone else. By doing this i believe it will keep the music scene strong and on going into the future"
