“Nobody’s Groovy Anymore” is a sprawling seven-minute epic from Icelandic post-rock collective Laxá & Heima Kvartett, teetering on the edge of prog. The track builds from a foundation of shimmering guitars and insistent pizzicato strings, anchored by Bjarne Guðjohnsen’s thunderous dub-tinged basslines. There’s a restless energy in the shifting time signatures and layered instrumentation—Matthias Helguson’s drums drive the track forward while Mike Taylor’s keys offer both shimmer and shadow. The Heima Kvartett—Lisbeth Heima, Sif Árnadóttir, Natasha Guðmundsdóttir, and Ída Sigurðardóttir—pull the piece in and out of tension with sweeping strings and sudden stabs, making for a journey that feels both cinematic and deeply alive. The groove may be gone—but something stranger, wilder, and far more expansive has taken its place.

I can't believe my OFFICIAL SINGLE is out, WOW! I've been working so FREAKING hard, and I can't BELIEVE that I've come this far. So, I was in my bed listening to Beyoncé's "DEJA VU," and my CREATIVE mind started RACING like it always DO. I was like, "What if I INTERPOLATE her MELODY in a very CLEVER way to SURPRISE listeners? Everyone thought I was CRAZY explaining my song idea, but I KNEW that I could pull it off. 

All of a sudden, I started WRITING the CONCEPT of this song, and it was so MAGICAL. I scare MYSELF sometimes with my SONG IDEAS, but I will never NOT believe in my VISION. People always doubt my CREATIVE choices, but I will always listen to my HEART! I want to THANK everyone who COMMENTS, LIKE, SHARE, or MESSAGE me about my MUSIC. I have one last question.... "ARE you READY to be REVEALED?"
