Physical Self Care - One of the things I love to do  is  help my body to cooperate with me. Jennifer  has been involved in social work for a long time. She  with women, youth, families, and the elderly. Jennifer is a consultant,  Self -Care  & Self Awareness Life Coach & trainer. She loves to make a difference in the lives of young women. It's a passion she's had  for the past 28 years. Jennifer creates courses on self-development and  uses Sound Cloud as a place to  share a few  of her recordings.   
Jennifer has traveled to South Africa (3/2003)  to work with families, teens and women as well as a community development plan to help people in South African community as leaders and  churches with curriculums . She also runs a  book coaching entity through Other Side Enterprises, LLC and assist women in  developing their books  and structuring their writing.
