I love, love, love the acoustic…and the electric under there seems to provide so much strength and power….really great!

Super collab guys,two contrasting guitar sounds that mesh perfectly,great playing and quality production values.

The blending of an acoustic and electric guitar is highly unusual and works beautifully here I think.

It's my first and hopefully not last collaboration with the wonderful Dirk Maassen. 
I was very pleased when Dirk asked me to record a guitar part to his piece Déjà vu.
I recorded 2 versions, an improvised version and a more composed version. I decided to post my improvised version. It simply has more charisma and contrast to the piano.

It's my first collaboration with the wonderful Noemi Bolojan from Vienna. This piece based on an older guitar piece of mine “Twilight No.3” of the “4 short twilight scenes”. If you've been following my Blues piano tunes for a while, you'll know that it was a style of playing that captivated me as a child/teenager.But it's only been in recent years that I feel I'm getting deeper into the genre & finding all the nooks & crannies I never noticed before. Maybe I'm maturing as a musician, or maybe I've just got a thick head & it's taken this long to knock it into me :) Enjoy this improvisation, based on the 12 Bar Blues motif & get to understand why I needed to crawl before I could walk.

Fragile.

When I was improvising this piece of music it almost felt like an extension of how I was feeling in that moment.

People have commented that it reminds them of a child playing with an old music box.

My name is Jens Felger and I live in the southwest of Germany.
I'm a composer, guitarist & music teacher.
I love music of nearly every style and I live music whenever I can.

The classical guitar is my musical base camp and at the moment 
I'm concentrated on creating music for this instrument.
