The soundmusic OM Gong Meditation, composed, played and produced by the hamburgian gongmusican Jens Zygar offers a simple, plain and pure sound energy for meditation and healing purposes. It is a straight, deep cosmic ambient chilling music, that creates a resonance between the earth circling around the sun and the littles material structures in our cells, the so called quants. The realtionship between these appearances is well researched and documentated in the studies and publications of the german scientist Norbert Böhm in Brandenburg.

The whole album OM GONG MEDITATION consists of three about twenty minutes long acoustic sound tracks played with a planetary symphonic gong tuned to 136 Hertz, created by Paiste, the legendary gong manufactury in northern germany.

It is often said that life never gives you more than you can handle…..and while this may be true, when deep loss comes, it can feel like a lightning strike that pierces through the thin veil of our reality. Swiftly, loss shakes us awake…and how we deal with it shapes our capacity to be present to life more than almost anything else. Loss can bring you to your knees, as the depths of grief crash over you like a massive roaring tidal wave you cannot ever outpace. How do you sit in the eye of such a storm? Do you fight the current or allow the torrent to carry you into the unknown? Can you trust in the process of letting it subsume you completely, even if just for a moment? Possibly, maybe, somehow still knowing that this pain will be useful to you….that Life is always somehow constantly leading us back into the heart of unconditional love.
I invite you to enter the eternal dance around the hearth fire within, to an inner alchemical journey where we transform pain into freedom. <3

This rich dialog treats the evolution of activism beyond us-versus-them thinking, with special reference to current events around race, the indigenous, and the Amazon rainforest. Alnoor Ladha’s work focuses on the intersection of political organizing, systems thinking and narrative work. He was the co-founder and Executive Director of The Rules (TR), a global network of activists, organizers, designers, coders, researchers, writers and others focused on changing the rules that create inequality, poverty and climate change. Currently, he is active with Cura Da Terra (#CuraDaTerra), a campaign of and for the indigenous of the Amazon in their role as healers of the earth. Alnoor comes from a Sufi lineage and explores/writes about the intersection between politics and spirituality in times of crisis.

Gongmusic since 1984. pure analog acoustic soundmusic; since 1989 in combination with electronic music refering to the concept of the COSMIC OCTAVE, 1991 invention of the PLANETENGONGS - symphonic gongs with planetary frequencies; many concerts all over with STAR SOUNDS ORCHESTRA: now its 2010 and the soundwork is still fantastic!
