Edem has a fanbase of over 24 million Ghanaians, 6 million Togolese attached and growing by the day in Africa. He became the youngest Artiste in Ghana to be signed on to Africa’s telecom giant GLOBACOM. Noted as a strong advocate for education he constantly encourages all his peers to stay in school, he became the face of Marshalls University College (Formerly Meridian Pre University). He is also affiliated with strong brands like BET where he took part in the first ever African BET cypher. Edem on the 11th of May 2012 became the first African brand Ambassador to the 2nd largest spirit brand in the world ABSOLUT VODKA and Ghana’s beer brand “Club Beer”. Joining the league of Jay Z, Ceelo Greene, Kanye West and more, he has also recently joined other acts like 2face to support BET’s ‘Trayvon Martin’ campaign. Edem recently got an award from the University Of Ghana Legon School Of Allied Sciences for his contribution to arts and entertainment and the nation at large.

Attuahene Jackson, better known as 2Purple was born 28/06/1991. He came at the age of 9
to Belgium and grew up among other rappers. So he was at a young age bitten by the
rapvirus. He was motivated to make it as an artist and began in 2006 with Bizzy Salifu,
G-stone and G-King group. Together they often performden on local events. In 2009, the
group apart, this was the beginning of a collaboration between 2Purple and Bizzy.
Despite some setbacks, they launched on 19/11/2011 under BIP Records label their first
single 'I'm not your ho ho' featuring Redhead .. After they were soon known in the Belgian
Hiphop World and they were still several new songs. They all did a lot of performances
in such Noxx, Antwerp Mansion, B-club and the Atomium, they stood them in the program with known
artists including Booba, Lift, tap Daddy, nino, Emperor and Opposites and went 2 weeks
on promo tour in London.
Recently decided 2Purple and Bizzy Salifu their own way. Now 2Purple ready
for his solo career.
