counterpoint is the relationship between two or more musical lines which are harmonically interdependent yet independent in rhythm and melodic contour.

A different take on an old melody I wrote .. A tight mix, this one; experimenting with compression on the master, etc. PCM impact my best impression of a ukulele, running a constant arpeggiated lead, supported by counterpoints en masse. I played my heart out, enjoy.

An alternate version of the track "Persistence". I actually completed this one first, and upon a second listen find it worth uploading and in fact superior to the final, particularly sonically, and I love the woodwind style triangle lead I created. A great example of the producer's adage "don't trust your ears after hours of listening - they're lying",
