We deceive ourselves into believing that time belongs to us.
That immortality hides within our brightest days.
Every happy moment feels eternal.
Every embrace leaves an imprint destined to last forever.

But life slips away in silence.
And what remains are echoes.
Fragments suspended in an ocean of memory.
Faces, voices, laughter…
fade into the distance,
yet never cease to exist.

This is true eternity.
Not in the body.
Not in time.
But in the memories that keep on living.
Even when they become nothing but delicate shadows
whispering in our dreams.

And as we fall slowly into infinity,
with our hearts wrapped in the sweet illusion of never fading,
one question remains.

If our memories last forever,
who will keep them when we are gone?

To all who never stop dreaming,
remembering,
and believing in the invisible hope of eternity…
you are the reason echoes never fade.

I recently discovered synthwave and got a lot of inspiration. This isn't any "pure synthwave" but I'm very happy with the results. Some sort of hybrid between synthwave and trance, I think. Who knows if I'll manage to create more of this sound.

Swedish power-synth act Irving Force is back with his long awaited debut long play album! Following a series of EPs that established him as one of the most well respected names in the international Synthwave scene and two singles ('Violence Suppressor' and 'Overlord') the time for Irving Force to unleash the full might of 'Godmode' LP is finally here.

A genre defying album that draws and blends together influences from Cyberpunk to Thrash and Doom Metal to Ennio Morricone-esque Western themes, 'Godmode' is the next step of Irving Force's musical evolution. The characteristic riff filled Synthwave/Darksynth structures and compositions we've all come to know and love by Irving Force are coupled with distorted synths and live vocals (when needed), providing an album that excels not only in its compositions but also in its storytelling and fresh, forward thinking approach.

From the opening seconds of the LP opening track 'Subterranean Formations' to the very last seconds of the last song 'Wasteland' this an album that was created to be heard as a whole and fans of Irving Force's cinematic and action packed story driven album writing will no doubt come to love and appreciate it as the genre defying and at the same evolving album that it is. The only limit to music writing is one's imagination and Irving Force's debut LP 'Godmode' is the perfect proof of that.
