Of course when it comes to aggressive and dark Synthwave which doesn't cross over to the Metal side there's a few household names you simply can't ignore. And Occams Laser is without a doubt one of them.

Mostly known for his biblical themed Darksynth the British artist has shown time and time again he can go well beyond his comfort zone and when he said he would produce a brand new track to match the mood and spirit of the "Powersynth" compilation and concept we simply couldn't wait to hear what he comes up with. "The Call' was result and boy, oh boy did he answer our call in the best way possible?

Honestly we might have been a bit late to discover Destyur's music and join the party but we're finally here, all caught up and we highly recommend doing the same if you're not familiar with his music yet.

And what better way to get started than "Panic" (feat. Dominick Martes on guitar) which was originally released on his 2019 "Panic" LP? 

Aggressive Synthwave with just a hint of Darksynth on top and enough energy to power up a nuclear plant. But that's no reason to panic...
