Giacomo Pellegrino is an Italian DJ and producer. He also is the founder of Detroit Side, a record label releasing music by artists like Delano Smith, Bassa Clan or Dixia Siron. For Etui Winter Camp 6 compilation he delivers some spicy chords in his deep dub techno track “No Sleep”.  So we chatted with him about his inspirations, his label and ofcourse his studio setup.

The music is created using various hardware stuff. Drummachines, synths (analogue and digital alike), tape echoes, filters, delays, reverbs et.c. Everything is recorded in one take, no overdubs nor anything else is added afterwards except for a quick and dirty mastering of the tracks. 

I hope that you will enjoy the music. :-)
