Two years ago I composed this song, and today it came to mind so I recorded a newer version of it with a few subtle changes and methods of playing.  " The Only One"... also known as " I was walking down the avenue" and along came me and then came you and I said, who are you who am I... I said I'm the only one.............   just a few of the lyrics to the song....... Feel It Now!

Tonight, this came to mind after seeing the people who have been making their way to the USA for a better life. Walking thousands of miles fleeing the home they once loved due to horrible conditions imposed upon them by a corrupt government.  These are people, men/women/children and babies looking for a better life. Their journey has been one of extreme conditions and extreme controversy.  This song kind of feels their pain and expresses their feelings of hope and anxiety and fear of the unknown of what lies ahead for them.
