Since then, Colin Cook has provided clubbers in Edinburgh with expertly chosen records time & time again. Former resident DJ to one of the cities most famous parties, Ultragroove, Colin has a vast & rare record collection & we are extremely happy to have him give us a sample of what over 30 years of digging sounds like. 

Almost 3 hours of deep house & spaced out techno & electro to make the end of your working week enjoyable rather than bearable. All killer no filler.

Importantly, the House prefix does not directly associate us with the house sound. The ability of some music to heal , close to the philosophy of Housepital. House for us and you is a comfortable entry point. Four quarters of a classic triplet of Detroit, Chicago and New York with no doubt is utterly stylish narrative of a club sound.
 In its turn, the not so obvious, unhurried pace around 120 bpm - is one of the main tools of the genre. This pace is identical to walking at a relaxed pace, and who would argue that sometimes getting out and walking is the best solution and the perfect refresh for the mind, soul and body. 
Dj Hoopa, who is opening Housepital podcast series, like no one other knows this music. 
His stunning performance experience, deep dive into digging and running the Washing Machine vinyl shop, gives him the ability to feel the house pulse in a unique and rare way, so catch the moment while we're at it.
