The Glorious Morning Mood is the 9th song of my folk album 2023 The Beauty of Nature and closes with it.
I will release the album  in December 2023.

I sent the finished folk song and 7 stems to MTM Mastering True Music Production for checking and sound improvement, which worked very well. A very nice team from Spain. Guitars and voice have now got the sound I had imagined. For me it was very worthwhile to pass this mix and mastering on to an external company. When composing and recording, mixing and mastering, your ear becomes fixed in your DAW (brain). You often don't find your sounds that good. That's why I use an external mix and mastering studio to check. I really had a very positive experience with MTM. With young ears and with professional training that completed my work.

It starts with a guitar piece. 𝗪𝗼𝗱𝘄𝗼 creates this ethereal guitar loop, creating this cicle of emotive fluidity. After some work on this guitar loop (doubling, warping it to 5ths or 3rds), 𝗦𝘃𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗺 feels the call to record some Sitar, inspired by this cyclic swril of notes, helping him reach this blissful state with how sounds come together. And like a cherry on top of a cake (vegan one, please) 𝗷𝗼𝗲𝗿𝘅𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘅 just flys over this amazing scenery, blowing the most sweet notes, bringing a jazzy feeling to this priceless meditation.
I am so happy to share with you one of some collaborations that started with em and Wodwo, and especially to start sharing this one.

João 𝗦𝘃𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗺, is a multi instrumentalist, music producer and yoga student / teacher. Connected with the term singer-songwriter but also diverse genres, such as music for meditation, electronic, trip-hop, ambient, free form music, and others.
Lover of nature, passionate world observer, into spiritual questioning and meditation practices.

 Music is one of multiple ways of living fully, being whole and complete, immersed on the vastness of the world. At each music note we can redeem something more from our essence, spread it, echo it, give, receive and be. Svayam is a moment of meditation guided by sound, and it’s offered as an opportunity to be who we really are, to take from the inside what escapes our instant and automatic sensibility. João Sousa guides this voyage - personal, but collective - with a guitar, voice and bowls.
Each body touched by sound is a moment of unique love,
an inexhaustible source of energy. To create with sound is to open doors to the earth, to touch the water, feel the air and transform with fire… For a moment we understand the act of creation, we are that moment, undulating in the ethereal, taking off from matter.
