A short demo that I recorded using my custom Prophet 12 patches, multitracked in logic with some fx. Thank you Dave Smith and DSI for this synthesizer!

Prophet 12 Demo

A short recording inspired by the Chariots of Fire Theme by Vangelis. All multi-tracked to Logic using MFB Dominion 1 analog 3-osc VCO synth. For fx, analog guitar pedals have been used, as well as digital plugins.

A few sounds from my MFB Dominion 1, using internal step sequencer while I tweak the knobs. pitch bend and aftertouch can bend one VCO while the others aren't affected. great for the electric bass sound in the demo. filter section has been upgraded to 12 modes, compared to DominionX SED's 6 modes. Some bug fixes and enhancement are coming soon with next firmware updates.
three envelopes are available now, and as in X SED, they have fast and slow modes for flexibility. A Roland TR-8 runs in the background, and a spring reverb emulation was used in Ableton live 9 on some sounds. some sound artifacts can be heard, after the conversion from 24bit wav to mp3. it's a highly recommended hand made German synth for great analogue sounds. UPDATE: get the new firmware from their e-mail support.
 

MFB Dominion 1 Demo

The purpose of this recording was to compare the envelope snappiness of Roland SH-101, MFB Dominion 1 and Moog Sub 37. In addition, I tweaked the osc waveforms, noise and filters too. SH-101 comes first, then the Dominion 1, and last the Sub 37. No fx was used in most of the recording, only small amount of limiting.

This is a rough demo showing the sonic versatility of the soon-to-be-released Prophet-6 synthesizer.  

All sounds were recorded live, directly into Pro Tools on a single track. No processing or overdubbing. The Prophet-6 sounds have no effects applied --- with the exception of one example, where the Prophet-6's own phaser is used. No chorus, delay, or reverb.  This is pure Prophet-6.

A simple, two-chord, multi-tracked demo of the soon-to-be-released Prophet-6 synthesizer. All sounds were recorded directly into Pro Tools with no EQ or processing. Reverbs and delays are all Prophet-6.
