With the inception of Hard ‘n Fast Joints in 2018, Clay Louis (@clay_louis), alongside Leo CW formed the collective Eleventh Realm, focusing on bringing the heavier side of dance music to Tāmaki Makaurau. The pair went on to create Ultra Sound as their mainstay and most successful party series in Whammy Bar, transforming the space into an immersive dance experience through minimal lighting, industrial scrap-metal installations, and carefully selected line ups. Recently he has claimed a fortnightly Sunday show on Mouthfull radio ‘Terra Incognita’ which serves as an outlet for ambient, downtempo, and abstract finds more suited for at-home listening. At the club, Clay Louis’ sets are high energy, spanning a unique array of driving techno, trance, breaks, and experimental club that can be heard reflected in his own productions - With an existing cache of self released productions, his forthcoming material showcases a range of influences tied together with a deep understanding of rhythm. Included in his mix for Related Articles is Clay Louis' most recent release, 'Visions Of A Friend', for Teethclippers' 'Don't Bite Your Tongue' compilation.

"The C Powers sound is informed by years spent building electronics and collecting records in Chicago, honing crowd control skills in the foggy clubs of London, and helping foster a small yet respected community in the marshes of Savannah GA. Cici began their dj career at age 11 when they finally had saved enough allowance for a set of GLI decks and mixer that came bundled with a sampler. Their current sets often make full use 3 decks in order to toy with the notions of the "sampled" and the "live". While residing back in their home state of Georgia, Cici was holding resident DJ posts at Atlanta's HUNGER club night (with the esteemed TWINS) and their own Cape Fear in Savannah GA (initially founded with SafeSound). C was also the resident DJ for Savannah's own legendary and trashy House Of Gunt performance group who create cross sensory stimulation experiences involving gender blasting action and choreography and also brought in many talented selectors to their MIX events. C has been around.

i-sha, a DJ and visual artist based in Brighton has been a staple in the City's music scene for the last few years, formerly a promoter running parties in Brighton & London whilst also being a Patterns resident & holding down a monthly show on 1BTN! This "Pick 'N' Mix" is a selection of all sorts - touching on gqom, club, grime, dubstep, trap and footwork, definitely expect a lot of low end bass. The mix is a fusion of both and old new tracks but mainly, tracks she'd love to hear in the club again. Expect to hear a bit more from i-sha this year as she will be revealing a couple of new projects she has been working on the last few months!
