fawn/freeze is an often overlooked (c)ptsd trauma response that i have and still struggle with to this day, but am working on it.
it is different for everyone.
it can appear as people pleasing, walking on a tightrope. hyperawareness.
attempting to do whatever you feel needs to be done to make yourself safe, small.

i often feel like a ghost, like i do not exist or am pretending to be a human, but failing miserably.
