PREMIERE: Between Ourselves - Fresh Mandarines

El Mundo did a deep remix for the toronto based label "For the people“.  The new EP 'Nadiyan' is drawn from a medley of south asian experiences and inspirations. He remixed the track Nadiyan, which is originally from Lost boy and Saqib to support their project. El Mundo creates a super deep and groovy vibe, which lets listeners get lost in between. As always he finds the perfect mix of deep melodies and groove baselines.

The emotional, cosmic sound of Drahte makes its debut on Loot Recordings with a four track EP of deep, melodic techno that includes a powerhouse remix by Rafael Cerato.

Drahte are an electronic duo based in Naples who don’t say much, but instead like to offer you a trip in a musical form. Their infectious, deep, beautiful sound is from the heart and makes an emotional impact. 

The title track “Virgo” is a dramatic and rolling tech cut with heavy drums. The synth work adds a sombre vibe and the chords gently roll up and down the scale, hooking you from the start. The Rafael Cerato remix is a stripped-down version and takes on a more driving and deep vibe. Lovely wooden hits help power things along, as do some muffled vocals, but it’s the emotive strings and moody synth leads that own the show here.

“Two Stars” is a turbulent track with edgy chords that pan throughout the track, with heavy drums, crisp claps and a real melodic arrangement that adds to the dynamism of the track. Closing the EP is “Cosmo” that’s atmospheric and deep, sprinkled with spaced out keys, chaotic chords and intriguing breakdowns.

German Brigante explores a deep and darker corner of tech house, giving way to bold bass tones and organic feeling synthwork breathe life into the track, creating a tantalizing late night experience. David Mayer targets the floor in his remix, opening with a bigger bed of percussion right from the start before slowly laying down the rhythmic synthwork on top. A new compilation from @fertildiscos 

Fertil discos is a newly born argentinean label, based in Buenos Aires. We are pleased to announce our most recent compilation, divided in two separate albums -one representing the Day, the other gathering Night sounds. Both records illustrate the new steps of the new wave of South America’s electronic artists, influenced by the sounds and rythms of our continent.

The compilation proposes you an ideal soundtrack for sunrises/sunsets on desert islands, drawing inspiration from ancient rhythms, electronic bass lines, and recent productions with a world music mindset.

Both volumes put together danceable songs like “Animal Estrella” (Pol Nada & El Remolón) and “Periferia” (Paisandoom); folktronic compositions like “Tejido” (Jin Yerei feat. Kona); slow techno songs like “Orobon” (Barda) and talented electronic compositions like “Dialogue” (Tomanka) and “Galata” (Santi) among other undiscovered gems.

Electrónica Orgánica Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 will be available on August 11th on our Bandcamp site and in all digital stores.

En ellos se pueden apreciar los nuevos pasos de la corriente actual de artistas electrónicos influenciados por los sonidos y ritmos de Latinoamérica.

The No. 016 on Plötzlich Musik is the Gyaan EP of the great Sous Sol. They get supported with two remixes by Nikolas Noam (@nikolasnoam) and Hari Erhardt (@harierhardt).

Sous Sol's music is generated by two individuals, Teo and Lukas, who are putting their entire personalities into their art. Their releases have been published on imprints like Gorge's Re:fresh Your Mind and on Mihai Popoviciu's Cyclic Records. Additional stations include: What Happens, Bondage Music, Hive Audio and Marcus Meinhardt's Heinz Music. Sous Sol also teamed up with three colleagues to run their own label named Neustadtmusik. Overall, Teo and Lukas are true club musicians who know their turntables like the back of their hands and as they never stop exploring the musical world they live in, the duo is
successful in creating fresh new music. We are super happy to heave this great artist and lovely people with us in the label.

After Nikolas Noam did the number 014 on Plötzlich Musik, we where amazed and straight asked him todo a remix for us. He is a Germany based artist and producer from Leipzig. Noam’s music is recognized as blue vibe house with a subtitle pop appeal. Noam has released on labels like Blankhaus Music, Union Jack Records and Cimelde.

Hari Erhardt is managing the label Plötzlich Musik together with Beddermann & Dahlmann since early 2016. He did a quite groovy tool remix and sends you on a subtly journey.

The artwork is done by Robin Kowalewsky. A symbiosis of audio and visual art coming soon on Plötzlich Musik.
