This song began when Sean, who is a superb writer of catchy pop songs, was inspired by the classic surfer movie, The Endless Summer. He wrote it on his acoustic guitar with a mind to sharing it with Eclectic Collective. He first shared it with Ken, who promptly provided driving drums and invited the rest of us to play on it, too. Josh hopped on first, adding his bass and completing the rhythm section.

  About this time, Tez got involved, laying down the Ventures-esque melodic electric guitar you hear throughout. Right after Tez did his thing, Stephen came along soon after and completed the lead part with his fuzzy, adventurous guitar. 

  At this point, it still felt very stringy, so Josh decided to lay down the organ part you hear in there, too. Once it was cooked, we tapped Stephen to do his expert brand of production, mix, and mastering to get it ready to serve. 

  This is the second time Ken and Josh have collaborated with Sean, the first being almost two years ago on a song called Diamond Marigold. When Sean approached Ken with a second song, not only Ken was thrilled, but Josh and the rest of the gang were, too. Sean has a lot of great, catchy, accessible music on his page that is all worth putting in your ears.
  We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed creating it.

L’observateur observé. Un genre de méditation sonore où J’ai voulu mélanger différents genres musicaux avec vers la fin une intervention de Taf, mon ami Sénégalais qui a posé sa très belle voix, c’est un voyage « Inside » car il se passe beaucoup de choses à l’intérieur de notre cerveau humain, entre le conscient le subconscient, le supra conscient, à la fin ça fait beaucoup de monde et ils ne sont pas toujours tous d’accord, on dirait même que des fois il se prennent la tête l’un dit quelque chose, l’autre dit autre chose.
Mais puisqu’en nous subsiste un infini espace d’une grande profondeur où règne la paix, le calme, le silence parfois comme un guide qui nous emmène ailleurs, vers l’invisible, peut être vers cette énergie cosmique, vers les étoiles, vers la lumière, plus haut, plus loin….

A little song I wrote back in September of 2023. Inspired by a beauty, who made me think of the Proverbs 31 woman. She brought this song to life, and pretty neat that her birthstone was a ruby. I even bought her a pair of ruby colored shoes. This song will always be very special. It's amazing how those little moments can hit and unexpectedly ignite a song late at night. I love those moments, cause that's what I strive to always remember. She took that picture of me on the Steinway. I hope you enjoy this live recording I did very late last night. "Jörg S. born in Cologne, from youth on, is fascinated by all kinds of art, so he taught himself the saxophone very early. Nowadays flutes of all kind are also part of the equipment, as are jaw harps, percussion, bass, guitars and keyboards.
He was and is always involved in many band projects and session events.
In the 80s he was a saxophonist in the Adam Noidlt Intermission Orchestra with gigs in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Basel. Very early on he also worked as a writer with live readings in the Cologne area and was a painter with large formats for many years, all in addition to his job as a graphic designer. Now, retired, he is devoted solely to music: home recording with the platform of choice, Soundcloud and global collaborations."
