"Ai Cy Dee C" - as its phonetical Aussie accented spelling would suggest is an AC/DC style guitar rock instrumental.  This track was produced for fun, it's a free download for you guys.  I was banging around with a friend's 1968 Gibson SG, and figured nothing sounds better on an SG than some AC/DC tones through a Marshall JCM 800, and that's what you've got here.

The song itself is structured around a solid Young influenced guitar hook, with a more Page meets Randy Rhoads influenced bridge section, which is done with some off-beat backed riffing.  The solo is just a straight forward A pentatonic minor solo, nothing too fancy, but it does the job to keep the AC/DC vibe and feel.  I didn't want to get too fancy with it and turn the song into something it's not.

Enjoy.... and as always CRANK IT UP!!!!  This is a rocker for sure... !!

Ai Cy Dee C - (a.k.a. AC/DC)

This song is about the constancy of music in my life and the fact that no matter what is happening or how I feel, I am always lifted by listening to or creating music. This song is the only one I've ever recorded that uses all four of my 'guitars': my trusty acoustic on which I write 99% of my material, my even older but recently refurbished electric guitar, my newly acquired bass and finally my 8-string bouzouki. Inspired by the amazing @greenwood-burns to record more with my acoustic instruments, the title of song is a tongue-in-cheek nod to being addicted to checking one's SoundCloud statistics - and to celebrate just passing 60,000 plays! "Jörg S. born in Cologne, from youth on, is fascinated by all kinds of art, so he taught himself the saxophone very early. Nowadays flutes of all kind are also part of the equipment, as are jaw harps, percussion, bass, guitars and keyboards.
He was and is always involved in many band projects and session events.
In the 80s he was a saxophonist in the Adam Noidlt Intermission Orchestra with gigs in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Basel. Very early on he also worked as a writer with live readings in the Cologne area and was a painter with large formats for many years, all in addition to his job as a graphic designer. Now, retired, he is devoted solely to music: home recording with the platform of choice, Soundcloud and global collaborations."
