Stench

This song I wrote a very long time ago, one of my early songs, I was in my 20's and into Hard Rock like Zeppelin, Floyd, Queen, etc, etc.I rerecorded it during the pandemic around 2020. It's a bit dark about a guy that broke-up with his girlfriend and was calling her just to hear her voice again. Her voice alone gives him the courage to face the future and pulls him out of his depression. His life is pretty  bleak filled with partying too much, constant drinking and blackouts. In the end, her voice alone saves him and the song ends in an uplifting and hopeful fashion. It's a dark love story, not one of my usual happy go lucky songs. The video added a twist with a man listening to this conversations and taping them for some reason. Maybe FBI or police? I don't know, I just threw it in! It shows people partying and waking up on strange floors. The video is brand new, just finished it last week. Jörg S. born in Cologne, from youth on, was fascinated by all kinds of art, so he taught himself the saxophone very early. Nowadays flutes of all kind are also part of the equipment, as are jaw harps, percussion, bass, guitars and keyboards.
He was and is always involved in many band projects and session events.
In the 80s he was a saxophonist in the Adam Noidlt Intermission Orchestra with gigs in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Basel. Very early on he also worked as a writer with live readings in the Cologne area and was a painter with large formats for many years, all in addition to his job as a graphic designer. Now, retired, devoted solely to music: home recording with the platform of choice, Soundcloud and global collaborations.
