Legend has it that Detroit is the birthplace of dance music. If that's the case, then it's no surprise that Josh Karmin quickly climbed the ropes of success, beginning his career in the Motor City a decade ago. Using edits, mashups and remixes, Karmin delivers a sound that is different from other electronic artists in the biz, resulting in high demand performances all over the country.  Karmin’s DJ career, while rooted in Detroit, originated in Windsor-Canada and expands to the club scene of Toronto and Montreal. Fast forward fifteen + years later, and Josh has performed at some of the premier nightclubs festivals and events in North America, including stops in  Detroit, Miami, Chicago, Costa Rica,Windsor, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, London and Columbus, alongside some of the worlds most respected dance music DJ’s and producers.  

His versatility in the DJ booth helps bring the party from ordinary to extraordinary. Now based in Toronto, Josh has taken his musical abilities from the decks to the studio, as he works on producing his own unique style of original tracks, edits, mashups and remixes.

Sellah is a genre bending solo artist exploring the sounds of electro, hip hop, techno, R&B and more.

Born Michael McCloud in San Bernadino, California, Sellah's early life was spent traveling the world with his high profile government family. After two years of university in Illinois, he transferred to Hawaii to play NCAA basketball. For the past seven years, Sellah has been honing his craft in the fashion and entertainment industries. Brought into this world by his parents Whitney Patrick and Teresa McCloud, he hails from a culturally diverse background of Scottish, West Indian, Native American and African American ancestry.
