This was quite a project to put together. Harthouse has so many wonderful releases throughout the 90s but to keep the set sonically consistant and with a decent flow throughout I had to limit the selections quite strictly. I know there are many fan favorites missing here. Perhaps I can get hem all into a Part 2 some day.

Hi! My name is Johan and this is where I post my various mixes. I've been DJ-ing since 1997 and am Senior Curation Director at DI.FM (www.di.fm). I've been playing the music I love for over 20 years across New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Starting off in the vibrant NZ outdoor party scene I played many of the big festivals of the day including the Gathering, Alpine Unity & Destination. More recently I've been a founder of the Tempo Schmempo collective, label and radio crew in London putting on parties and keeping people sane with weekly radio shows. I'm a disciple of the deep mix playing everything around and in between slow disco, deep/tech/italo house, disco, cosmic, afro-tech, techno, breaks and prog.
