The inception of In the Moog started when John Baptiste leant Scionaugh a Moog Mother 32. Scionagh used this opportunity to explore slower tempos focussing on evolving leads and infectious rhythms.

In the Moog blends sleek digital psy-trance sound design with warm analogue instrumentation combining the best parts of psy trance and techno to make a release that is truly psy-tech. 
Influences of the outdoors and the Australian bush, this release highlights the Australian bush techno sound. Every single track on here is produced at a world-class level of quality.

We are absolutely delighted to share with the world the first release of Euphorie Bezirk records, the long awaited brain child of Australian artists Handsdown & Leigh Boy, with a focus on dark, emotional and progressive minimal and techno.

The first release comes in the form of a huge E.P from Melbourne producer and friend John Baptiste, a vocal bomb that pulses through its entirety - tied together with crisp percussion and bass, as well as the incredible voice of Aishah Espinosa, culminating in a huge moment perfect for dance floors big and small. 

The E.P includes remixes from UK progressive royalty Ben Coda (of Nanoplex) and Meat Katie as well a non vocal dub mix.

John Baptiste ft Aishah Espinosa - Elysian (Original Mix)

The album "Totems & Tabous" (TNT for intimates) is an odyssey whose first step was taken a decade ago with the release of the song "Fate (l’obsession)" on the Marseille label La dame Noir records (LDN Records N°01). 
Abandoning his nickname to appear under his "baptismal" name, Fred Berthet composed the instrumental. With refinement, Fred takes us into his eclectic and prodigiously rich musical universe. We find here the quality of composition of the troublemaker which appears refined, voluptuous, dark and throbbing like a boa going up the spine. The gently hypnotic bass lines combined with the accuracy and intelligence of the arrangements, where each element has found its place, force you to listen and respect. 
Snem K.'s lyrics and voices dress this opus with a false simplicity. Playing on words and senses as some people play with a knife, the singer hits right on target. The verb is ironic, balanced, heavy in meaning and light in appearance. Rewriting the genesis as an apocryphal text, the author sets the tone from the introduction. To our lost paradises!

Homme Studio

Rich in alluring melodies and captivating bass frequencies, Gab Rhome’s ‘Bites Per Minute’/’Vehicle Cosmique’ release is a seductive beast. Released on Blond:ish’s ABRACADABRA label, we are treated to hypnotizing and irresistible primal beats from the All Day I Dream and Sol Selectas producer.

“Fun was the name of the game when approaching the production of this EP. A lot of what-would-be-considered mistakes are voluntary present in the songs. Although I've been known for tracks that are on the dreamier side, these two songs navigate towards a more social side of me and continue tracing a line towards the new chapter of my project. All the vocals are from yours truly, from the percussive ''oop paps'' to the lyrical lines.”

The studio is free from midnight. It was Riyoon’s next-to-last night in Berlin, it was the only time, it was the perfect time. We headed to the studio and strapped in for what became a wild ride. It felt like stepping into a portal. The magic was with and 8 hours later we come out, the sun is out and greeting us with one last sunny day. Riding out the flow lead us to tempelhofer feld and with a great does of pleasure we danced into the sunset.

Browski c'est le projet de Pablo aka Ewake et Thibault aka Eindringling, tous les deux membres du collectif Sub.Conscience et fondateurs du label Sub.Conscience records.

En janvier 2019, alors que la covid n'est pas encore présente en France ils décident de se confiner pendant sept jours dans une yourte en pleine nature. Collectant les synthétiseurs, boites à rythmes et bizarreries électroniques en tout genre pour une semaine de création musicale intense, laissant libre cours à l’inspiration et en explorant des contrées acoustiques et psychédéliques nouvelles. 
Il en résultera notamment un morceau orienté Dubtechno, "Dub du Roi", avec ambiance sombre et rétro-futuriste, emmené par une basse puissante dans laquelle vous pourrez retrouver un extrait du fameux dessin animé de Paul Grimault, LE ROI ET L'OISEAU.
En samplant un passage épique de ce chef d'œuvre visionnaire de 1980, Pablo et Thibault nous plongent dans un univers dystopique qui semble faire écho à la réalité de notre époque.
Pour agrémenter ce morceau et développer cet univers dans un premier EP, mais désormais dans l'incapacité de se retrouver du fait du confinement, ils vont débuter un projet pour eux encore inédit: produire un morceau uniquement à distance, grâce à la technologie de partage d’écran et de prise de controle de l’ordinateur via internet. De cette expérience nouvelle nait le morceau « Sleeping City Dub » reflétant l’atmosphère calme mais inquiétante du printemps 2020 à travers une composition évolutive, tel un voyage nocturne au cœur d’une ville endormie..
 Pour conclure cet EP et mettre l’accent sur le morceau éponyme « Dub du Roi », ils invitent Joh aka Lombric à prendre part à l'aventure, il propose un superbe remix deep et groovy avec une composition minimaliste et percutante comme à son habitude.  Ewake & Eindringling produisent aussi chacun leur version du morceau, respectivement un remix aux touches mélancoliques pour Ewake, et une version plus Techno, jouée et arrangée en live avec machines et sampler pour Eindringling.

Ewake and Eindringling are both founder of Sub.Conscience records and members of the Collectif Sub Conscience. They joined forces to create the project Browski. 

In january 2019, while Covid 19 hadn't make its way to France, they decided to lock themselves up for seven days in a mystical land far away from human conections in order to seek new acoustic and psychelic lands. Collecting synthetisers, samplers and drum machines, they let their inspirations overflow during long jam sessions and improvisations. 

You can now enjoy a part of the result from theses days of self-confinement in the track "DUB DU ROI". This dark retro futurist dub techno track led buy a heavy bass showcases a sample from the Paul Grimault's notorious cartoon, "Le Roi et l'Oiseau". The sample from this visionnary masterpiece from 1980 encapsulate a dystopic mood that resonateS with our time. 

With the will to develop this univers into an ep, but facing impossibility to meet in real life, the situation brought them to use new technologies to overcome isolation and produce the second track.
Reflecting the 2020's calm but disturbing spring through its evolving composition "Slleping city Dub" invites you to a journey into the night of a sleeping city.
To finaly enhance this ep with some remixes they invited Joh aka Lombric to be part of the adventure. He delivered deep and punchy remix, in his groovy and minimalistic typical aproach.
Ewake offers a dubby and melancholic version and Eindringling a live Techno interpretation as the crowning touch.

Mastering is done by Arure at Kalvezer Ar Son studio using mostly analog gears for the pleasure of your ears.
