I liked that beat but i think you should work on mastering

So much incredible talent in this song but the hook need to be a bit stronger.  I hear so many fantastic elements in this song as far as who the song and the artist remind me of the song I hear Rush, I hear the police etc. Fantastic guitar work reminds me of XTC's Lead guy. Not the Lead singer gtr but the other dude that litterally makes the band. Not Andy Partridge or Collin Mounding, the other dude. Anyway you've got the talent, now write the killer hooks.  I've always analyzed it this way since I was a kid whether it was growing up listening to motown or Paul Simon or The Beatles Paul McCartney et cetera every great hit song had a wonderful round melody that was very very listenable and it would hook you and grab you instantaneously, that is what makes a hit song!!!

It begins with a dreamy electro-acoustic entry into a psychedelic dream set to an alt funk indie rock soundtrack. The big bass sets a cool groove for the dreamy vocals and the build to the rocking break at :52. The synth lead takes you deeper into the groovy dream, accented with ripping electric guitar (1:43) and driven along by the bass groove and thumping shufflin drum beat that’ll make ya want to bounce. John Ludi is a musician/singer-songwriter/cultural relic with a diverse and "arty" array of influences and lyrical interests who was "Indie" before the term even existed. Working outside of the music industry by choice has given Ludi the ability to release songs of a level of lyrical depth that are anathema to the current culture.  Ludi lives off-grid in a yurt in the woods of WI and finds the materialistic priorities of our civilization incredibly wrong and destructive.

Ladat, born Ladislav Tesar, is Litomerice (Czech republic) native, body and soul, who writes and composes his music in Chatel-St-Denis, Switzerland. Ladat is not a band in the true sense of the word, but rather a musical project that emerged in 2019 as an escape from reality, because things go better with music.
