And having this as the title of the song. I listened critically to the recording,. the last verse I had to cut out, because .. I just didn't sound right.there has to be a sort of little transition there with just the organ playing 

The theme , you already guessed it , Is about shallow empty people 
with lots of plastic incorporated in their lives and habits.. well let the river flow ..
