Amsterdam based Keith Carnal has in recent years become seen as somewhat of a tastemaker in today’s world of techno. It might not then come as a big surprise to you that he has also become a favoured producer among many who are seen as “techno mainstay”, gaining support from numerous of his own musical inspirations and champions. Carnal, who grew up in a very musical home in the northern part of Holland, found techno at an early age when he began sourcing and selecting on his own. Techno was, and very much is, the first music that made a deep impression on Keith. This feeling only went on to become more cemented after a few years of composing on his own. It simply became clearer and clearer that Carnal is exactly where he belongs.

Keith’s own style of techno always has a strong emphasis on melodies and groove - it is made for dancing no doubt. Often the melody creates a rather ominous feeling for the listener, but with a certain melancholy to it. This is weighed up expertly with Keith focusing on the tracks being driven forward by strong percussion elements. His compositions contain a fresh vibe that immerses his audience as much as it does with his fellow producer and DJ colleagues. 

Carnal’s own productions very much goes hand in hand with the selections he makes as a DJ. A set of Keith’s always focuses on keeping the tempo and the groove up and going. Classic productions are mixed confidently with more current ones. His sets flourish with tracks that are atmospheric and contain strong melodic segments - tracks where percussion and bass play a major part in why being selected. For Keith Carnal creating the right groove is the main target. This year will see Keith releasing several strong productions as well as continuing his extensive international touring schedule, where he is headlining many of the major festivals and clubs. Keith Carnal is a fresh wind in today’s techno climate.

The Dutch/Surinam Rudhir Benie already is an established DJ in the House scene of Rotterdam and the Netherlands. Over the past 12 years, Rudhir has worked with various names and successful collaborations, such as Rudichi, Rulex, Dutchtastic and Souldiggers. He co-organized legendary parties and played at famous festivals both in the Netherlands and abroad, which allowed him to experiment within different styles. Now, after years, Rudhir has finally found his true musical Identity, which he will never let go of and is here to stay: Chester Code!

By staying true to himself, Chester Code reveilles his musicality, which is characterized by funky and groovy sounds, live instruments, a lot of energy, passion and power and of course: Soul. His unique sounds blend the stereo typical structure of Techno and House, fused with his South American roots and personal emotions, and prove to be a breath of fresh air for the industry. His natural talent for using his personal emotions, and those of the inspiring people surrounding him, are the core of his music. Chester Code creates the ideal mix of sounds, emotions and vibes, especially when playing for a live audience. He currently is a Resident at Toffler, one of Hollands' finest Techno clubs. 

As a producer, Chester Code proves to be very versatile, varying from dark, hard techno, to deep-housed tunes and also to funky, sexy melodies that will bring you an instant summer feel. But when you see this artist playing for a live audience you will notice his lively passion and his true drive to create music: to unite emotions and create an experience you will never forget by being exposed to his sounds! 

In 2013 over 15 Chester Code productions have been released by labels like "Be As One Imprint", "Drops" and "Aquasounds" and his sounds are embraced by artists like Richie Hawtin, DJ Sneak, Shlomi Aber, Marco Carola and many more.... This is just the beginning!

John's music journey started in a very young age! When he was 6, he started his first piano lessons! After some years and specifically when he was 13 years old he discovered electronic music through his first inspirations which were jazz, funky, rock & more. After that he started to djing on his own! In 2012 he finally had his first chance to play officially! That was an intro set next to G-PAL. 

In 2014 his beloved friend Adrianos Papadeas started to trust him in a lot of his gigs! Meanwhile he cooperated with artist like George Seragos, V.Rox, Viton, Tolis Q, Roni Iron, Eva Theotokatou,Jon Tsamis, Mikele and many others! Through those events John appeared in places like, Mamacas, Maze, Terraza, Playground, Dive, Vice Verca, Mikro & many more and he highlighted his skills in the Athenian underground scene. At the end of the winter season he released worldwide his first Ep called "Gravity" with Single Line Records!

2015 finds him more completed releasing his second and of course better Ep "Cube of Colours". The residency with Sound Directiva, the Integration with V.Rox made him to build up his unique style connecting tech house music to the groovie techno which at the end of his sets reaches the minimal techno sound!This cooperation brought a lot of gigs in his bio!Also some important appearences next to artists such as OXIA,Gaga,D-Deck, Reelow,Artslaves & Raffaele Rizzi

Now John feels hopeful, with full of positive vibes, energy about what he is doing and always with a big smile on his face! For sure we have to wait a lot from him in the future!
