Charlotte, N.C. - May 20, 2023 - With over a dozen records to his name Henderson Cathcart known professionally as Hendu’s Groove has a cascade of sounds to represent what he’s all about. His sound has everything from a variety of basses and guitars, to percussion and keyboards. All of the above either looped together or on their own, have helped this studio musician-composer to carve out his signature style that’s all about creating an assortment of audible emotions that he hopes to showcase in television and movies. 

Creating what he calls “chillout” music, Hendu’s Groove brings to life a style that would be placed alongside records that were either considered ambient, downtempo, or in the trance family, due to their relaxing undertones that allow listeners to become mesmerized. 
At 64-years-old, this composer doesn’t play live and doesn’t need to. What he creates is for universal consumption, be it in the comfort of one’s own home, or during a scene in a feature film or television show. 

Hendu’s Groove 13th album, Time To Chill, was released in May of 2015, and he has currently released his 15th album "Expand Your Mind", and 16th album "Dream Catcher". He’s noted of the upcoming releases, “I will keep many different chillout sounds coming your way, to help you reduce your stress, and to relax and chill out.”

Influenced by blues, rock and jazz music, Tony began writing and performing at a young age in clubs and at festivals in Richmond VA before moving to Hickory NC in 2001. Known for his raw soulful playing and smooth guitar tone, Eltora has shared the stage with many national and regional musicians including, Tim Reynolds, Sam Bush, Keller Williams, George Porter Jr, Oteil Burbridge, and Acoustic Syndicate, to name a few. His debut CD “Between Love and Tragedy” showcases his masterful work on the guitar along with his insightful and thought provoking lyrics. Telling stories of love, loss and rebirth, Eltora’s songwriting soulful and forever staying true to his roots.

Epic Down is a duo from Leipzig, Germany dedicated to the sluggish grooves and lumbering riffs of sludge & doom, started in 2021 by Mitzschi (guitar(s)/bass) and Fabian (drums/vocals).
Influenced by primal doom, drone and stoner, the sound of Epic Down is mainly characterized by solid downtempo grooves and rolling walls of guitars, complemented by slightly melancholic vocals.

With the release of their first EP "Equinox Pt1" and it’s sequel "Equinox Pt2" in 2023, the band stepped into the light of publicity.
After signing to Argonauta Records the band was able to celebrate the release of „days of oblivion“ as their debut album in fall 2024.
