A paisa who left his homeland to dive into the world of music for a decade in LA, learning and exploring his passion for sound. His journey not only led him to master the rhythms of House, Melodic Techno, Tech, Disco, and Tropical, but also to blend his Latin influences into every beat.

Today, Johnny returns to share his music with the world, bringing with him a unique experience and a sound that transports listeners to euphoric and captivating sonic landscapes. With performances across the USA, Mexico, and Colombia, Johnny is ready to make his global debut. Music will always be the place where we find ourselves, and Johnny is here to take you to that encounter.

Kid Bamboo’s journey through music began in childhood. Unlike other kids, his playground was filled with cassette tapes and rhythms, recording and experimenting with the possibilities of sound.
Those early explorations fostered a deep understanding of rhythm, texture, and atmosphere, forming the foundation for a career defined by precision in production and purpose in performance.

With Mykonos as his launching pad, he spent seven seasons mastering his craft behind the decks, performing for international crowds and evolving his sound. 

Drawn by the mystical rhythms and lush jungle energy of Tulum, he relocated to Mexico ,an artistic shift that sparked a global wave of recognition.
Deeply influenced by the soulful heartbeat of classic house and driven by an insatiable curiosity for percussive rhythms, Kid Bamboo’s sets are known for their flow and emotional depth. His ability to blend genre-defying grooves with tribal undertones and vibrant melodies creates a transcendent dancefloor experience , both intimate and explosive.

He has brought his signature sound to some of the world’s most iconic destinations and venues, performing in Ibiza, Mykonos, Tulum, Mexico City, New York, Miami, Chicago, Dubai, Paris, Barcelona, Toronto, Hong Kong, Bali, and more..  
His releases, including crowd favorites like Liberian Girl, If You Ever, Inca , Alma Negra and more have earned the support of industry heavyweights such as Keinemusik, Black Coffee, Pablo Fierro,  Bedouin , Guy Gurber and many more..

He remains committed to exploring sound with purpose and passion, continually shaping his unique musical path..

▶ eveava's sound embodies her adventurous spirit. Her fresh approach to crafting her sets involves unearthing songs from older eras and artfully blending them with more contemporary or futuristic sounds. Whether it's dropping a bolero from the 30’s before an Aphex Twin track and then following it up with an amapiano gem, or a rare Bowie acapella sample, eveava's eclectic selection is an open relationship between the past and future, the groovy and edgy, the organic and the machinelike.

She's shared the booth with a diverse range of artists, including  DJ Tennis, Whitesquare, Perel, Axel Boman, Floating Points, Nicola Cruz, and Pantha du Prince.

Both in the studio and on the stage, eveava consistently pushes boundaries with a sound that is deeply personal and highly danceable. Her unique style strikes the perfect balance between introspection and celebration, connecting with listeners on both intellectual and visceral levels.

eveava was born in Medellin, Colombia and is currently based in Berlin, where she is pursuing her master's degree in Visual & Experience Design while finishing work on her debut EP.
