Blues guitar phenom Eric Gales was born and raised in Memphis, learning to play at age four from older brothers Eugene and Manuel in imitation of their upside-down, left-handed style. Winning his first blues contest at 11, four years later Eric signed to Elektra to issue his 1991 debut LP, recorded with Eugene on bass. Manuel (who previously performed under the alias Little Jimmy King) reunited with his siblings for 1995's Left Hand Brand, credited to the Gales Brothers. A newly matured Gales returned in the new millenium to start his solo career. With Mike Varney and his label Shrapnel Records Eric has found a home among some of the best guitar players in the world. Country of Origin: Adelaide, South Australia.

A vernacular term that originated within house parties, afterparties, and underages - and slowly progressed into the vocabulary of some of Adelaide's leading nightlife destinations. Currently holding residence at Apple Bar Thursdays and Hey Mr Mister Saturdays. 

The term 'Borna' describes an intense connection to the music scene, irresistibly high levels of enthusiasm, a tireless promoter and an impressive mark upon the Adelaide nightlife scene.

The term 'Borna' has been used to support the work of many scholars, namely; Adrian Lux, Hot Chip, Yolanda Be Cool, Sidney Samson, Surkin, Morgan Page, Thomas Gold, Treasure Fingers, Vandalism, DJ Craze, The Stafford Brothers, Feenixpawl, 360, AJAX, Yacht Club DJs, Bag Raiders, Uffie, Tai, the Aston Shuffle, Boy 8-Bit, Kid Sister, Nina Las Vegas, Sam La More, Tenzin, Andy Murphy and etcetera.

And has been linked to various festivals (From the latin Festivus); Stereosonic Adl 2012, Summadayze Adl 2012, and Big Day Out Adl 2013.

Jerome Isma-ae combines the behind-the-curtain knowledge of a music producer, with the familiarity and deep knowledge of a dance floor you would expect from a DJ. Broad in his influences, and a visionary in his approach, you’ll always catch a hint of progressiveness in his sound. Jerome has been surrounded by music since his early years, with musical education in elementary school, learning the piano and later the guitar. At 12, Jerome was already playing the bass guitar in a heavy metal band, but it wasn’t until 14 that he started making his own beats with a drum machine.
Having dabbled in many dance music subgenres, you will catch glimpses of Techno, Trance, and Progressive House in his productions. A mean and heavy rhythm section is contrasted against haunting harmonies and counter melodies, and complimented by ambient and textural layers that add a new dimension to the final product. This formula is applied with top-notch clarity and a meticulous attention to detail to such an extent that the sound of his drums has become both recognizable and memorable.
