When writing this track, we drew inspiration from the works of the composer Vangelis.

I CONFESS
I Confess was inspired by a statue of Mary Magdalene and the sonic worlds of artists like Sevdaliza and FKA twigs. Dora wanted to lend her voice to Mary to defend herself, because even today, women are judged by outdated ideas. ALFONSE
Bristol-based Alfonse is best known for the catchy electronic tunes he makes using ‘80s keyboards. His YouTube channel, where he demonstrates how he builds tracks on these cult objects, has been steadily growing. But aside from the instrumental keyboard tracks, his back catalogue spans more than a decade and includes singles featuring top vocalists from Bristol. More shoes is a song about migration. It is a response to the way in which migration has been politicized and the way refugees have been treated. The original idea came from when my son said there are more shoes then people in the world and it just developed from there. The song also comments on consumerism and the priority in our society on growth. The tune has a feeling of movement which fits with the song.

In the press, in the courts, in the so called "debate", our voices have been absent.   Not one Trans voice was heard in the recent High Court decision, not one.  

"Sorrow" is the first EP from Saint Martyn's forthcoming third album "And Testament". The song is a reimagining of one of RyAnne St Martyn's first songs from her aborted Container project. "Sorrow" is a timely scream from an otherwise silent voice. The EP features the full album version, and instrumental version, the original Container version from the album Inward and an exclusive B side song "Not Your Soul".

The song had it's debut on Total Rock radio.
