AVANT GARDE | GUTTER PROG | GARAGE JAZZ

Some of our art is made on computers, some of it is made by hand. We are particularly interested in that gray area in between where you cant really tell. All of what we create here is one work laid out in segments, all connected. The Mystic Tape Deck universe is vast and explores all manner of adding meaning to our lives, while pondering meaninglessness.

Please consider supporting our project and helping us complete the work. We make books and cds that go with them. We also have a graphic novel and a custom oracle deck in the works. All part of the story.

singer/songwriter from Yarra Valley, Australia.   Struggling as much with modern times as with times past.   I guess that makes me a chronic struggler.

I am known for my guitar work, but am in actuality a multi instrumentalist playing (as well as guitar) keys,drums,bass,brass,found objects and percussion.I have worked within the music industry for many decades and have played in Australia and the United Kingdom sharing the stage with many international players including Steve Vai,David Lee Roth,and many more.I am also a record producer with around 100 releases for many artists including my own solo efforts & bands from the USA,Holland,New Zealand,Italy,Africa,UK,Australia to name but a few.I enjoy most musical genres and constantly produce differing styles.I  encourage you to listen to some of my work as there is something for everyone in the tracks I'm constantly putting up.Thanks for listening :)

Hey. I am a late bloomer musically. Initially I started on acoustic guitar, then within the last 4 years: Banjo, slide guitar, dobro, recorder, harmonica and singing. I am not a musician but music plays a very important role in my creative life! I am an artist/designer and music is my companion and my muse in the long hours I spend working in my studio! 
I am immensely impressed and grateful for all the talented and inspiring musicians whose work graces this Cloud, and I will always re-post sounds that I love (and will listen to again) - knowing that others will enjoy them!
I feel slightly embarrassed and quite humbled when I receive such graceful messages of thanks from artists whose work I have re-posted - after-all, I am the one who is so inspired by the discovery of your brilliant music!!!

Since my heart op in Jan2021, I have had to deal with taking quite a lot of meds which have interrupted my design work - that and moving to Germany in 2020 - and back in 2021 (due to Covid my business plans stalled!) - SO, slowly getting it together…. hang tight!😊
