I wrote this song in my teenage years with Russian translation of Robert Burns poetry. Some time back I revisited my song and adapted it using original language of the poem.

Behold the hour, the boat arrive;
You go, the darling of my heart;
Sever’d from you, can I survive,
But Fate has will’d and we must part.

We must part...

I’ll often greet the surging swell,
The distant Isle will often hail:
“Here I took the last farewell;
There, latest mark’d his vanish’d sail.”

We must part...

Endless and deep shall be my grief;
Not ray of comfort shall I see,
But somehow, I belive
That you will still remember
Remember me...

We must part...

Along the solitary shore,
While flitting sea-gull round me cry,
Across the rolling, dashing roar,
I’ll westward turn my wistful eye...

From the shadows of the subconscious comes a sonic tale that prowls and pulses. A Dream Named Wolf is more than a track—it’s a moodscape: burnt orange skies, midnight tremble, and longing caught in howl-form.
