Folk/Rock band originally formed to play Celtic music from Brittany, Cornwall and Wales. Now we play music from other Celtic regions.

I like to record various tunes  I play  on my accordion from time to time,  some new tunes I make up, and tunes I learn from those I follow on soundcloud.   Sometimes you will find  collab projects here too.

I try to put a link where to find the notes or the other players in the track descriptions.

This site can be seen as a musical tale of the members of the band called The Mescaline Smugglers: Davy McGowan, Jore Heikkila and Tuomas Laitila. But it also includes their other bands, and bands in which they play together in different combinations or solo projects, before and after The Mescaliners. Listen to one track a day and maybe you'll have heard everything after 5 or 6 years. That should make you feel better - money back guarantee!

I am not a musician but music plays a very important role in my creative life! I am an artist/designer and music is my companion and my muse in the long hours I spend working in my studio! 
I am immensely impressed and grateful for all the talented and inspiring musicians whose work graces this Cloud, and I will always re-post sounds that I love (and will listen to again) - knowing that others will enjoy them!
I feel slightly embarrassed and quite humbled when I receive such graceful messages of thanks from artists whose work I have re-posted - after-all, I am the one who is so inspired by the discovery of your brilliant music!!!

Since my heart op in Jan2021, I have had to deal with taking quite a lot of meds which have interrupted my design work - that and moving to Germany in 2020 - and back in 2021 (due to Covid my business plans stalled!) - SO, slowly getting it together…. hang tight!😊
